Default 2000 Chevy Silverado Fuel Tank Size
Hello all!

I just bought a 2000 Chevy Silverado in fairly good condition. However, I was wondering what size fuel tank is equipped.

Does anyone know?

If it's an 8ft bed prolly a 33gallon tank.

It's an extended cab with a ~6.5ft bed.

it should be the 26 then but you can look on the bottom of the tank and it should tell you..thats the only reason i know how big my tank is

the book should say as well. but im sure country 09 is correct. i have an 04 and same size bed as you with 26 gallon tank.

The guy I bought the truck from did not have the manual.

I did look on the bottom of the tank but I couldn't find anything that remotely resembled what size it was.

It looks to be about 26 gallons. Thanks!
