Default 98 silverado 5.7 cranks but no start?

So the truck was doing a thing where it would start perfect when cold and then i would go to the store and come out and try and start it and it would crank and crank and barely start.
So now it just wont start at all. I checked for spark, removed the fuel filter and cranked to see for fuel pressure and both were good, i changed the crankshaft position sensor cause i heard those go bad and still no start.
If any one has any ideas i would apprexiate it thank you

Have you checked the altenator or your battery?

I might be late, but:

I don't know if it's the same problem, but my Blazer did the same thing. I knew it wasn't the battery, because the lights worked perfectly, and the crank was very strong and continued. Turned out to be a broken Fuel Pump, which is what I thought from the beginning. It might also be your Timing Belt gone bad.

Put some gas in a squirt bottle and give her a gargle and see if it fires. If it does this will tell you its a fuel problem. If it doesnt better look to ign.
I dont think a chev 5.7 has a timming belt.
