Default Intake Manifold Cover - Taking it off

Hello,

I have a 2007, Chevy Avalanche, V8, and would like to clean the Throttle Body Intake. But, I don't see how to get the Intake Manifold Cover off. I am using a Haynes Repair manual and I don't see a reference to it. When I visually look, I don't see any obvious screws.

I would appreciate some advise.

Thanks,

I'm guessing you are wanting to clean it for possible carbon build up?
You would probably be just fine cleaning the throttle body only.

Default Yes...but?

Yes, that's all that I want to do. How do I get the Intake Manifold Cover off?

It isn't obvious to me.

Thanks

I'll take a look at my factory service manual when I get home this evening and see what I can post if someone is not able to answer it before them...
