Stepper Motor 1997 Chevy K1500
Probably a stepper motor went bad on my fuel gauge. I'm finding a lot of info on GM's newer than my 1997, but none for my 1997. Are the stepper motors the same? Seems easy enough to pop open the instrument panel and do some soldering. Anyone know where to get a stepper motor for my 1997 Chevrolet K1500?

Check Ebay. There are stepper motor kits and i think that there are people out there that do clusters for older trucks with exchange. I know that they are doing GMT800 clusters for as little as $125 exchange.
