Default Truck makes grinding sound when turning right

When I make a right turn going over 30 mph such as on a highway I hear a grinding sound coming from my front right side. Does anyone have an idea of what this might be. Is it a steering component or wheel tire issue.

Thanks,

I agree with country_09, it is most likely a wheel bearing, just a suggestion, not a diagnosis. I suggest you take the vehicle in to be inspected by a certified technician.
