stabilitrak and tracation control problem
Dear Friends,
I have chovey tahoe 2008 LTZ and i have problem with stabilitrak and tracation control both are truning off and making DTC light on then the car getting so heavy and the power of the engin will reduce right away so please some 1 can help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Okay, I apologize in advance, but this is just too funny...
1. What the hell is a "Chovey"?
2. "I" is capitalized when you mean yourself. As in "I don't know grammar".
3. I was unaware these vehicles came with Air Traffic Control lights.
4. Perhaps all that air traffic landing on your vehicle is why it's so heavy. I suggest removing some airplanes and trying again.
5. Cars no longer use "engin"s. They do however generally contain engines.

I believe the problem may be your inability to write an actual intelligible sentence.
Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 10 min to reset the computer?

yes i have tried so many times not just for 10 mins but for hours but still the same the msg on the dash screen is stabilitrak off and tracation control off.

Did you check the pushbutton at the bottom of the center stack that turns it off?

Your problem is in powertrain electronics somewhere. It's unlikely you'll get anywhere without scanning for DTCs and associated freeze frames. At a minimum, get the engine control and transmission control modules scanned.

Welcome to the Chevrolet Forums. Sorry about the
language barrier, but American English is a difficult
medium, even for natives.
My response is, unfortunately, predictable. Because I see far
too many people with 4-year-old vehicles coming up with
electrical problems. Get back to basics. Check your charging
system. Test your battery. BE SURE(ascertain?) you have
corrosion free battery connections. Double-check your
battery post-bolts, terminals, and primary wires(red and black) for
green or white corrosion. All wires should be bright, clean,copper.
Inspect your engine to firewall ground strap.
Many times, what is really happening when a system goes
a little haywire, is wire corrosion is denying electric current
a path back to ground or the negative side of the battery,
and for some unknown reason, at low voltage,(i.e., 12V) these
corroded ground paths effect different systems on the vehicle
more severely.
